Q: What time does reception open / close?

A: Reception opens from 8 am till 8 pm every day other times can be arranged on prior notice.

Q: Do you have dining options available?

A: Yes, we have a fully licensed bistro open every evening, lunch is served from in the bistro Sunday through to Thursday breakfast for house guests every day.

Packed lunches and picnic baskets can be arranged on request and room service is available also.

Q: Does your chalet have cots?

A: Yes, we have portable cots available upon request or prior to booking confirmation.

Q: Do you have Internet Access?

A: Yes, we have two options for travellers, internet kiosks are available on our games room or we have satellite wireless access in our motel rooms.

Q: Can we hire Bikes from The Chalet?

A: Yes, we have several Mountain bikes available for guest use and can be hired from reception.

Q: Can we hire canoes from The Chalet?

A: No, currently the chalet doesn't have canoes for hire but we do have the authority to have them used on Lake Rosebery.

Q: Can you cater for large bookings?

A: Yes, the chalet has a designated Dormitory wing that can hold up to 70 guests in shared dorms or we have 44 other motel rooms consisting of different levels of accommodation Budget, standard or premium.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?

A: We require 48 hrs cancellation notice, for a full refund or non debit to your credit card, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply, speak with our friendly staff in regard to this.
